Who is Giuseppe
I was born in Puglia and then moved to Florence to study architecture. I therefore inherited two cultures from my land, Italy, as well as a great passion for cooking.
I consider myself a cook.
I have taken courses in Food & Beverage Management at Bocconi University in Milan (Italy); Ship's Cook Course at Seafarers Training Center Inc. in Panama; Training Course For Instructors at Panama Maritime E-Learning (PAMEL), S.A.
I have obtained a Diploma of Maestro Cocinero at USMA (the University Santa Maria la Antigua) in Panama; a Master in Professional Chef at ESNECA Bussiness School in Leiden (Spain).
I had and continue to do studies on italian, international and fusion cuisine. Currently, besides being a private chef, I teach at USMA, do seminars, training courses and consultancy for schools, universities and restaurants. I have also developed some programmes that allow efficient cost management for both restaurants and hotels.
